3i –Vessel RPM & Fuel Monitoring System

3i-Vessel RPM & Fuel monitoring system is an industry-leading solution that delivers greater reliability, efficiency and cost savings. This fully automated solution boasts 99% accuracy level by reducing human interferences.

The main components of this system are the Flow-meter Sensors. These sensors are used as an array to monitor and calculate fuel consumption. To achieve the most accurate reading, the sensors are installed in the engine to assess total fuel expenditure against unused fuel that flows back through the return lines.

With 3i Vessel RPM & Fuel Monitoring System, there is no need for operators to be physically present to keep an eye on the fuel usage of their vessels. The satellite transponder installed on the vessel will send REAL-TIME DATA to operators and vessel managers, which then can be viewed anytime, anywhere in the world via our 3i-VMS (Vessel Monitoring System).

In addition to fuel consumption levels, our system also records engine RPM and each throttle made. The data are used to analyze vessel activities while at sea. The data can also be stored on the client’s PC with minimal storage space required. Better yet, the information can also be exported easily into other file formats such as Microsoft Office Excel for easy reference and comparison.

3i-Vessel RPM & Fuel Monitoring System is similar to our standard tracking system, 3i-VMS (Vessel Monitoring System). 3i-VMS can be used as a stand-alone system or with added-on features including the RPM & Fuel Monitoring.

As a stand-alone system, 3i-VMS enables vessel owners to keep an eye on their vessels round the clock wherever they are in the world. The data collected can be conveniently archived in the client’s computer or other storage device for timely, on-demand daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports on vessel activities and fuel consumption.

Fitted with 3i-Vessel RPM & Fuel Monitoring System, 3i-VMS will come with all the necessary components to track fuel consumption as well as RPM Tracking. Besides accurately tracking the RPM of any given vessel at any time, this enhanced system enables owners to check if their vessels are energy efficient through the throttling of the engine RPM.
