• Lead a team of IT Engineers locally and overseas
• Responsible for the design and implementation of Integrated Electronic Security Management and Asset Tracking Systems
• Responsible for the customisation of IT engineering solutions and system integrations for company’s products and services
• Responsible for R&D on new products and services
• Manage out-sourced IT programming and developmental softwares
• Responsible for all IT related documentations (e.g. Product and Services’ design and technical specifications, Source Code of Software, Training Material etc)
• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation
• Supervise the maintenance of company’s servers, communication network system and databases
• Responsible to supervise all Training related to products and services of the company

• Min. Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with major in data communication & networking, RF & Microwave Engineering, and Software Engineering preferred
• Min. 5 years experience in related fields (GPS technology, satellite and telecommunications preferred)
• Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows Servers), Database Server (Oracle), CISCO Network System and Software languages (SQL) Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Electronic Security Management Systems, CCTV & Access Control systems
• Hands-on experience in security system configuration, application programming and integration with third-party systems
• Experience in handling vessel and vehicle tracking related integration works will be an added advantage
• Able to travel at short notices for overseas assignments
• Good teamwork and leadership qualities
• Class 3 Driving License with own car preferred (Transport Allowance Provided)
